The Research, Innovations, and Education: Driving Community aims to foster an inclusive work environment and improve cultural competency. The council organizes various programs, including Trivia night and book clubs, to promote understanding and inclusion among caregivers.
94% of RISE students have gone on to college, most of them pursuing a degree in the sciences.
