    Job Title: Assistant through Professor Level
    Job Description:

    The Department of Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine of the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute is seeking stem cell biologists at the Assistant through Professor level with strong basic or translational research interests and outstanding record of research achievement. Particular consideration will be given to those applicants whose research focus is in diabetes, pancreatic development, induced pluripotent stem cells, embryonic stem cells, neural and cardiac stem cells, or cancer stem cells. Positions offer significant scholarly and scientific resources as well as the opportunity to teach graduate and medical students.

    The Department currently has strong research programs in cancer stem cells, pancreatic islet cell development, and stem cell therapies for cardiac disease. The Department is part of the Center for Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine which is a multi-institutional program of over 90 investigators.  Outstanding facilities and generous start-up funds are available.

    Job Title: Postdoctoral Fellow
    Job Description:

    A Postdoctoral Fellow position is available immediately in the Department of Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute.

    Our lab is seeking highly motivated, talented, and enthusiastic people with an interest in contributing to further our understanding how the microenvironment of the brain contributes to tumorigenesis. Successful candidates must have  a PhD, MD (with laboratory research experience), or an MD/PhD degree.  A strong background in molecular biology, neuroscience, genetics, genomics, or mouse models of cancer is required. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and critical thinking abilities.

    Job Title: Postdoctoral Fellow
    Job Description:

    An NIH funded Postdoctoral Fellow position is available to study endothelial signaling during liver organogenesis and regeneration in the Department of Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute.  We use zebrafish as a model and focus on endothelial signaling for liver formation and regeneration.  More information about our research program is provided at our web site (http://www.lerner.ccf.org/stemcellbio/sakaguchi/).

    We are seeking highly motivated, independent, creative and enthusiastic individuals.  Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree in cell biology, molecular biology, developmental biology or a closely related field and/or M.D. with significant research experience in one of these fields. The ideal candidate will have experience in developmental genetics.
