Integrative Genomics Analysis Core
The Integrative Genomics Analysis Core within the Genomic Medicine Institute has assembled a team of statistical geneticists, bioinformaticians, and biostatisticians to help researchers achieve their analysis goals. We constitute members of both the Genomic Medicine Institute and Quantitative Health Sciences within the Lerner Research Institute. To aid the researchers, we provide:
- Interaction with the Genomics Core for experimental design and analysis of both genotyping and gene expression microarray data.
- "Translation" between the research goals and the statistical methodology to perform a meaningful and efficient analysis of the data.

General Services
- Consult on experimental design for gene expression and SNP genotyping studies.
- Provide statistical and bioinformatic analysis support for Gene Expression Data and Genotyping Data.
- Utilize, educate and train individuals to access publicly available data sources and software tools for bioinformatics.
- Provide access to open-source codes and supplemental data for research performed by the group and/or researchers within the Genomic Medicine Institute (see Published Data)
