The REO personnel welcomed Erica to the office in February 2006. She is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College, earning her B.A. in Broadcast Communications. Prior to joining the REO, she spent a year in Northern Ireland working with a young adult leadership program.
Erica is responsible for the daily operations of the Research Education Office. She plays a vital role in the research trainee appointment process, new trainee orientations, and assists with providing academic services. She is also the coordinator for the Molecular Medicine PhD Program and oversees administrative functions, including course registration and student records. In addition, Erica manages the LRI Conversational English Program and serves on the LRI Wellness Committee.
